7 EASY STEPS TO RENT YOUR ACCOMMODATION
Lloguer Cerdanya offers its online platform to those people who have properties in La Cerdaña that they do not use for a certain time (days, weeks, months) and want to get a return.
In order to be part of the Cerdaña Rental platform, you will only have to enter the website. Once inside the website, you will have to select the "Information for owners" section.

Fill out the form. Keep in mind to fill out the form with truthful and available information to be able to get in touch with you as quickly as possible.
Send us the images of the property. If you are interested in renting your property, we recommend that you send us some photographs of it and those special details that highlight your home.
We will answer you! Once you have filled out the form with all the data and sent the images of the property, you will have to wait for us to contact you. If you prefer, you can call us at +0034 656 19 73 77. We will send you the price of your property and the requirements to be able to rent it.
Visit to the property. We will have to visit your property before publishing it.
Signature of the contract.
Operation of the property and delivery of keys. At this point you will explain to us how your accommodation works and how the supplies work. Finally, you will have to give us two sets of keys to manage the rentals.

WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Select an accommodation. On the left you will find a menu to select the day of entry and exit, number of occupants, number of bedrooms, types of accommodation, area and location. You will also find an advanced search option where you will find the options of private parking, garden, community pool, pet permit, adapted for reduced mobility, fireplace, Wi-Fi, washing machine or barbecue. In addition, you can filter by the budget you have and the order in which you want them to appear.
Reservation request. Once you have selected the accommodation you like, you will have to fill out the form with the accommodation and personal data and send them. For stays of more than 3 weeks contact us through the contact form.
Reserve confirmation. Once the request is received, if the accommodation offers immediate reservation, the process can be completed online or we will answer you by email, indicating if the accommodation is available for the requested dates or offering an alternative.
First payment. For the final confirmation of the reservation, you will have to make a deposit of 30% of the total amount, by bank transfer or online payment. Then you will have to send the proof of the transfer by mail to reserves@lloguercerdanya.net
Second payment and bonus. Before entering the chosen accommodation you will have to have paid the entire stay + the deposit + the services that have been contracted. Once it has been verified that the payment has been made effective, we will send you a voucher by email that you will have to print and present on arrival. We do not accept, in any case, payments with cash on arrival, since the person who performs the reception does not carry out this task.
Arrival at the accommodation. Follow the instructions included in the voucher: contact our partner and carry out the entry and delivery of the accommodation keys according to the time established in the booking voucher.
Departure from the accommodation. Contact our partner again to make the departure at the time established during the reservation.
